Sri Lanka 6 days Retreat, 2023

This retreat is taking place on a beautiful Sri Lanka colonial house surrounded by nature,  rich flora, and fauna. The location itself is healing and filling its inhabitants with energy just by being here. With open hearts and open minds, we join this peace of unspoiled true Nature and create here a unique world far away from habitual social and material life. This is a place where an action is guided by love and goodwill, where we follow the rules of purity and humanity. Shanti Dom believes in a happy and harmonious life in close contact with nature, and self. They understand their responsibility for this world and its resources and believe that the present and future of our world depend on each person.

chema-photo-sugRfmGFWUs-unsplashThe three bedroom villa is located in the quiet and peaceful area of Hikkaduwa.
The beach is a 5 minutes drive away.
Close by are two supermarkets, a fruit and vegetable shop, a bakery and local food restaurants. A Tuk Tuk driver or a scooter can be arranged to get around.

There are 3 Bedrooms in the colonial house that can accommodate up to 7 guests from a combination of single, double, twin rooms. If students don’t want to share rooms, 2 of them can have their own room in the house.

The house is the perfect place to get away with a group of spiritual oriented people. The piece and quiet of Sri Lankan rice paddies, tacked away from the main road, makes it the best place to rewind.

yogaThe Open Shala is 50m². That is all clear open space overlooking jungle.

lunchYou will get tea, fruit juice, fresh fruits and vegetable salas, deserts, variety of vegetarian dishes. All you need to have a nice yogic day. The daily menu varies according to the seasons and what’s available.

We practice this diet for many reasons but especially because we don’t believe in violence. Since we don’t eat any type of meat there is always other protein (beans, nuts etc.) in our daily ration.

If you prefer having an intimate dinner, please let us know and we will arrange that.
